ALEXANDRIA, Va.–In what potentially could be the last meeting overseen by Chairman Kyle Hauptman, NCUA has announced plans to hold a board meeting today.

Hauptman’s terms on the board expired in August of 2025 and he is awaiting a nomination hearing and confirmation by the Senate of John Crews, whom President Trump has nominated as his successor. The nomination hearing for Crews is set for tomorrow, June 25, in the Senate.
