OCALA, Fla.– Ocala Community Credit Union announces the promotions of Dulcina Bigio and Janet Valderrama to the following positions.
Dulcina Bigio has been promoted to Operations Supervisor after serving Ocala Community Credit Union as Head Teller. Dulcina began her career here on May 06, 2019.
Dulcina’s new duties include overseeing all tellers and member services, thus giving her several reporting staff. Dulcina has worked her way up from teller to senior teller, then to head teller/member services, and now operations supervisor.
Janet Valderrama has been promoted to head teller after serving Ocala Community Credit Union as senior teller. Janet began her career here on May 15, 2012.
Janet’s new duties include assisting the operations supervisor with running the teller line to include the Drive-Thru. Janet has worked her way up from teller to member services to senior teller, and now head teller. Prior to coming to OCCU, she was a customer service rep/teller for six and half years at Center Stage Bank.
