LAS VEGAS– One Nevada Credit Union was again named one of the Best Credit Unions to Work For in 2026 by American Banker. Only seventy credit unions in the U.S. made this year’s list with One Nevada taking home the second spots.

aThe rankings were determined by American Banker and the consulting firm Best Companies Group through two surveys — one of employers and one of employees. The surveys explored workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics as well as workers’ own experiences with everything from pay and benefits to company leadership. One of the notable perks for One Nevada is each branch having a quiet break room with a kitchen.
One Nevada has been serving Nevadans for more than 75 years and has 183 full-time employees.
