OLYMPIA, Wash. — Peak Credit Union has selected Lisa Collins to serve as senior vice president of marketing and internal communications. She was placed by DDJ Myers, the well-known executive search and leadership development firm.
Collins joins Peak with more than 20 years of experience in senior marketing and brand leadership roles, including multiple leadership positions at Starbucks. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen brand relevance, deepen customer relationships, launch new products and services, and translate customer insights into meaningful business growth.

In her new role, Collins will lead Peak’s marketing and internal communications functions, helping grow the Peak brand, strengthen member relationships, and support the credit union’s continued growth and impact throughout the communities it serves.

Collins holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and History from the University of San Diego.
A longtime Pacific Northwest resident, Collins enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new coffee shops, playing tennis, and supporting organizations that make a positive impact in their communities.
