RAI Partners Names Sheila Fenton as VP-Sales

SAN ANTONIO– RAI Partners has named Sheila Fenton as senior vice president of sales. Fenton brings three decades of financial services leadership and will spearhead national sales initiatives to expand RAI’s credit card solutions across 
the credit union market.

The appointment reinforces RAI Partners’ commitment to the credit union industry, with Fenton joining after serving as vice president Issuer Processor Solutions, North America at Visa. 

Her nearly two-decade tenure at PSCU (now Velera) included building multiple high-performing national sales teams and earning the President’s Award for eight consecutive years—experience that directly complements Chief Growth Officer Brian Scott’s background and industry relationships, the company said. 

“Sheila brings unmatched energy, vision, and a proven ability to deliver results,” said Scott in a statement. “Her deep experience in payments and financial technology, combined with her track record of building and leading high-performing sales organizations, makes her an ideal fit to help drive RAI’s next phase of growth.”

RAI said Fenton’s expertise spans the full spectrum of credit union needs: payments, digital banking, issuer processing, call center operations, CRM platforms, fraud solutions, and core system integrations.
