LITTLETON, Colo.— Red Rocks Credit Union has introduced a 24/7 virtual assistant named Roxie, which it said provides a fully conversational, voice-first system powered by advanced agentic artificial intelligence.
The credit union said Roxie is designed to give members faster access to account information, help with everyday questions and reduce wait times across its service channels. By year’s end, Red Rocks said it expects the technology to handle more than half of routine inquiries, allowing staff to focus on more complex needs without adding personnel.

Roxie was developed in partnership with interface.ai, a provider of AI-driven service platforms for community financial institutions. The assistant uses natural speech, secure multifactor authentication and rapid information retrieval to streamline the member experience, the credit union said.
‘Staying Ahead’
“Roxie reflects our commitment to stay ahead of what our members need,” Darius Wise, president and CEO of the $331-million Red Rocks Credit Union, said in a statement. “People expect service that is simple, personal and fast. Our focus is on creating tools that make their financial lives easier while preserving the human connection that defines who we are.”
The credit union said members can use Roxie to check balances, review transactions, locate branches and get answers to common questions without waiting on hold. The system also supports peak-time demand and after-hours service, which Red Rocks said improves accessibility and consistency.
