PENSACOLA, Fla.— PenAir Credit Union has named Ryan Vann to Chief Lending Officer. Vann brings extensive lending experience, a proven track record of leadership, and a deep understanding of PenAir’s members, markets, and strategic vision.
In his previous role as Vice President of Consumer Lending, he played an instrumental role in driving the continued growth and success of the credit union’s lending operations.
Under Vann’s leadership, PenAir has expanded its lending reach, strengthened portfolio performance, and enhanced the systems and processes that support members throughout their borrowing journey. Throughout his career at PenAir, he has earned a reputation for developing strong teams, embracing innovation, and delivering results that support both member needs and organizational growth.

Having grown through leadership roles during his tenure with PenAir, Vann brings both deep institutional knowledge and a forward-looking perspective to the position. He has worked closely with teams across the organization to strengthen operations, improve the member experience, and support strategic initiatives that contribute to PenAir’s long-term success.
In his new role, Vann will provide strategic leadership for the credit union’s lending programs, including consumer, mortgage, commercial, and indirect lending. He will work alongside executive leadership to advance PenAir’s growth strategy while ensuring the organization continues to deliver responsible lending solutions that help members achieve their financial goals.
