TUSTIN, Calif. – SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union announced changes to its executive leadership structure, including the promotions of Carol Rose from executive vice president of Member Service Operations to chief operating officer and Jim Phillips from executive vice president to chief information officer.
The credit union also added new leadership positions designed to support future growth and ensure it is well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of its members.
In her new role, Rose oversees Branches, the Member Contact Center, Fraud Management, Wealth Management, and Community and Membership Development. She has been with SchoolsFirst FCU since 2003.
Phillips will continue to lead the credit union’s technology strategy, infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Andrea Blais has been promoted from senior vice president of Real Estate Lending to executive vice president of Lending. She oversees Consumer Lending and Real Estate Lending.
John Conine has been promoted to executive vice president of Member Experience and Transformation. He also oversees the Digital Transformation team. Conine previously led Consumer Lending and has served the Credit Union since 1991.
Amy Hsu has been promoted to executive vice president of Marketing and Payments, overseeing Strategic Marketing and Payments. She joined the Credit Union in 2014 and most recently led Payments and Fraud.
Jessica Jamison has been promoted to executive vice president of People and Culture. She will continue to oversee Belonging and Culture and will assume responsibility for Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Analytics, and Learning and Talent Development. Jamison has been with the Credit Union since 2003.
