Seattle CU is Going Mobile in Eastern Washington

YAKIMA, Wash.–Seattle Credit Union has unveiled a new mobile banking branch in this market.

“The mobile branch is more than just a vehicle, it’s a symbol of our commitment to ‘Banking for All’,” Seattle CU said in a statement. “Designed to serve underserved neighborhoods and communities with limited access to traditional banking. Our branch-on-wheels brings personalized financial services directly to those who need them most. It’s banking that moves with you, because everyone deserves the opportunity to prosper.”

‘Dream Come True’
“As someone who grew up as a farmworker in Yakima, this is more than just an initiative—it’s a dream come true,” Jackie Martinez-Vasquez, chief impact officer SCU, said in a statement. “The mobile branch represents access, dignity, and opportunity. It’s a way to meet people where they are, and to ensure that every family and every worker in this community has the tools they need to thrive.”

Seattle Credit Union has more than 55,000 members.
