ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – Six members of Lake Area Mortgage – A Division of Royal Credit Union, have been recognized in the Scotsman Guide 2025 Top Originators List.

 The  annual ranking highlights the top-performing residential mortgage originators in the United States. Michelle Robinson, Derek Lodermeier, Mark Gobran, Joe Bydzovsky, Marco Rodiles, and Joe Juliano earned this recognition due to their hard work and dedication to helping members achieve their dreams of homeownership, the credit union said.
