Travis CU to Mark 75th Anniversary This Weekend With Community Celebration

VACAVILLE, Calif. — Travis Credit Union will mark its 75th anniversary with a community celebration Sept. 19 at its corporate headquarters in Vacaville.

The anniversary event will begin at 11 a.m. at One Travis Way and will feature food, games, giveaways and family-friendly activities. The celebration is open to the community, with members encouraged to bring family and friends.

“Whether you have known us for decades or only a few years, we would love to see you,” the $5.8-billion Travis Credit Union said in a social media post announcing the event. “We want to celebrate with the ones that made these 75 years possible: our members.”

Celebrating 75 Years

The event will commemorate 75 years since Travis Credit Union was founded and recognize the members and communities that have supported the organization during that time.

“For 75 years, Travis Credit Union has proudly served as a trusted financial partner, helping generations of members achieve their financial goals,” the credit union said.

Travis said its focus over the years has included providing financial services and lending products while offering financial wellness and education programs to members and the communities it serves.

“Through exceptional service, competitive rates and financial wellness education, we’ve remained committed to strengthening the communities we call home,” the credit union said.

The Sept. 19 event will also look toward the credit union’s future.

“Join us as we celebrate our history, our members and our future,” Travis said.
