JACKSON, Mich. – TRUE Community Credit Union is excited to invite members and the community to celebrate the grand reopening of its newly remodeled Parma branch on Oct. 8, from 3:30-4:30 p.m., with a ribbon cutting ceremony taking place at 4 p.m.
“This project is especially meaningful to me because Parma isn’t just a community TRUE serves, it’s my community. I have the privilege of living here, raising my family here, and experiencing every day what makes this such a special place,” said Chrissy Siders, TRUECCU President and CEO. “As the community grows, we wanted to create a space that better reflects our commitment to the people who call Parma home. This remodel gives us more opportunity for connection, conversation, and personalized support while creating a more welcoming experience for our members.”
The celebration will mark the completion of the branch remodel and offer guests an opportunity to see the refreshed space, connect with the TRUECCU Parma team, and learn more about the enhancements designed to make everyday banking easier, more comfortable, and more convenient.

The remodeled Parma branch features expanded service spaces, as well as updated technology, including new Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) access and a night drop for added convenience. ITMs function like an ATM while also allowing members to connect with a live TRUECCU representative during business hours.
Siders continued, “At TRUE, we believe relationships matter, and this investment is about much more than updating a building. It’s about strengthening our commitment to a community we care deeply about and continuing to help people pursue a life well-lived.”
TRUECCU looks forward to welcoming members, neighbors, and community partners to the grand reopening celebration as the credit union continues supporting financial journeys, strengthening relationships, and building a thriving future together.
