TruStage CEO, Board Member to Host Fireside Chat to Discuss Status of Cyber Attack Next Week

MADISON, Wis.– TruStage President and CEO Terrance Williams and Board Member Mike Valentine, CEO of Vernon Hills, Ill.-based BCU, will host a “fireside chat” next week to offer an update on the ongoing system outage at the country. 

Earlier this week, both joined a League of Credit Unions and Affiliates board meeting to answer questions regarding the company’s recovery from the cyberattack.

According to the organizations, during the 45-minute session on Sept. 9, Williams and Valentine will discuss:

  • Navigating disruption and the response and recovery process 
  • Actions being taken to support credit unions and their members 
  • Strengthening TruStage’s resiliency for the future 

The session will run from 4:00-4:45 p.m. ET. Participants are being asked to register by today, Sept. 4, in order to reserve a spot and submit a question for discussion.
