“Their nominations reflected the meaningful impact they make across Securityplus through their professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences,” the credit union said.

Peers shared that Charlita “shows up every day with a willingness to help, a commitment to excellence, and the agility to meet whatever is needed,” adding that she “makes those around her better and leaves a meaningful impact across the organization.”

Tiffany was recognized for leading “with spirit, collaboration, and excellence,” while consistently supporting others and creating positive experiences for both members and team members throughout the organization.

“Recognizing individuals who go above and beyond in service to our members is incredibly important because it reinforces the behaviors that define who we are as an organization,” said Mike Barr, Chief Executive Officer of Securityplus Federal Credit Union. “Exceptional service is often found in the small moments of solving a problem, providing reassurance, or making banking easier during a critical time in someone’s life. When we celebrate employees who consistently deliver that level of care, we strengthen a culture that values people, inspires excellence, and reminds our members that they are at the center of everything we do.”

Several Securityplus leaders attended the event in support of the honorees, including:

·     Barbara Cuffie, Board Chair

·     Al Gregory, Chief Lending Officer

·     Jeff Gehris, Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy & Experience Officer
