TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — United Solutions Co. has formed a strategic partnership with Blossom to offer credit unions an integrated platform for core processing, digital banking and card processing, the company announced.
Under the agreement, United Solutions will market, implement and support Blossom’s platform, adding another core processing option to its technology portfolio.
The companies said the arrangement is intended to help credit unions simplify operations, reduce costs and limit the integration challenges associated with using multiple vendors.
United Solutions President and CEO Jim Giacobbe said Blossom’s approach could allow credit unions to redirect technology savings toward improved loan and deposit rates.
Six Years in Development
Blossom co-founder and CEO Alex Lopatine said in a statement that the company spent six years developing the platform alongside credit unions. The system was designed to support artificial intelligence and digital assets, including allowing AI to work directly with live core data, according to the announcement.
Blossom also manufactures ATMs and kiosks that use software integrated with its platform.
Both companies are credit union-owned service organizations. United Solutions, founded in 1983, is headquartered in Tallahassee.
